Your Pet's Home Away From Home

Small, boutique home setting offering Daycare and Boarding for your furry friends in our family home located in Braintree, Essex.

We offer a safe, relaxed home environment for your furry friend to play, snooze and socialise with a small group of friendly doggos and our little rescue dog, Bruce.

Whilst in our care your pampered pooch will be part of our home family setting and enjoy offsite walks along local footpaths; exploring woodlands and parks. They'll have ample opportunity to play or snooze in a quiet corner, or simply enjoy a snuggle, giving you peace of mind that they'll be ready to return home feeling tired and happy!

Brucey's Buddies was founded with a passion for providing dogs with the best care. Leaving your beloved pet can be stressful. Our story is one of creating a safe and nurturing environment for your pet, so you can have peace of mind while you are both apart.

We have a thorough induction policy. We want all parties to be secure in the knowledge that their dog will be happy during their stay with us.

Therefore, we initially arrange an off-site Meet & Greet. This is an opportunity for you to meet Bruce and I and have an informal chat so that us humans, and the dogs can get to know each other. Following that, you will be asked to complete a thorough Agreement Form and your dog will be invited for a trial day at our home.

Services We Offer

Doggy Daycare and Home Boarding in our family home environment, providing a safe and calm space for you dog to enjoy whilst in our care.

Cat & Dog drop-ins to your home

Perfect if you are popping out and want your furry friend let out for a quick toilet break, food and a fuss.

Walks

For dogs not staying with us for Daycare or Boarding, I offer mainly small group walks and some individual walks based on availability.

Drop off & Pick up times

Monday & Tuesday:

7am - 9am

3:30pm - 5:30pm

Wednesday - Friday:

7am - 9am

4pm - 6pm

Weekends:

Drop off/pick up times must be

pre-agreed at time of booking.
